President George Bush was only helping Ken Lay to finally rest in peace after his generosity in funding Bushes political campaign had cost Enron Corporation its coffers and busted the company.
Bush calling Lay a ‘good guy’ on a Larry King Alive interview is being politically correct for anybody who can be ‘generous’ spending shareholders money to be on the right side of power is certainly a damn good guy.
Lay, who was on vacation died of heart failure in Colorado this week. This saved him a conviction sentence which would have kept him in prison for decades for the Enron bankruptcy in 2001. Jeffory Skilling along with Ken Lay had built Enron into the seventh largest company in the United States.
